| As a female - it?s rough when it comes to Auto Repair & Mechanics. Euro - American was recommended to me years ago. Laz, George & their mechanics are extremely skilled. Laz is honest with his estimates & appreciates his customers. I will NEVER take my car to any other Auto Repair. |

| This mechanic shop is the most trustworthy and dependable I've ever seen. Their estimates are accurate, and the level of care they provide for my car exceeds expectations. I've known Laz and George for eight years, and meeting Manuel recently was a pleasure. Their expertise and experience are evident. Despite moving from NJ to Long Island, I still choose to drive back to have my car serviced here. |

| My car had a damage part connecting to the rear tire. Brought the car to this Autoshop, they were able to replace the broken part but in doing so damaged other parts that brought many more issues. The moment I drove out their lot, the warning started appearing and I called immediately the shop to let them know of such alerts, I was told to come back next day to inspect the car. My car was restricted in how fast I can drive and all the sensors were appearing on the monitor as faulty. My car was perfectly fine prior to their mechanic fixing the broken part that had to be replaced. Their mechanic inspected my car apparently for hours and said it?s the ABS motherboard that needs to be replaced and that since it?s not an issue connected to the work they previously did on my car that I?m not covered and have to pay. I was told the owner will call me to let me know cost of ordering parts and pricing for labor. Days went by and never got a call, I took my car to a different mechanic and problem was identified and fixed (it was not the motherboard) the mechanic also told me the damage part is hard to think it got damaged without somebody doing it on purpose. Because of my bad experience and owner lack of professionalism never calling me back this is why I gave a 1 star. |
